Established in California of U.S.A. in 1987, ASHWORTH created what became known as "the new look of golf", developed a full line of men’s and women’s golf apparel and leisure merchandises with function and quality, which not only changed how golfers dressed, it changed how they thought about what they wore.
Task:
Since YGM group has acquired the brand ASHWORTH in 2019, Identica has been appointed as the brand consultant to revamp ASHWORTH’s brand image. We started with developing a new brand strategy for ASHWORTH by reviewing the current market situation at that time and understanding the target audiences. Our objective is to help the brand to retain its current customers while also appeal to new potential customers. Identica then take on the mission to revamp some of the store designs in China and Hong Kong, follow through with producing and art directing ASHWORTH’s each season’s key visuals for their store front and social media.
Result:
Since the brand has been acquired in 2019, the revamped brand image has uplifted to a more international look and feel.
